Motivated by her desire to follow her passion for baking, Susana Rodriguez left her 25-year career as a lawyer and began her business out of her own kitchen. Soon, everyone wanted a taste of her treats, she outgrew her kitchen, and Manjar opened its doors on N Mesa St to anyone in El Paso with a sweet tooth.

Manjar is filled with goodies, from cupcakes piled high with homemade icing to intricately decorated shortbread. And you just might catch Susana finishing up a custom wedding cake, perfect down to the smallest detail. Everything at Manjar is made with the highest-quality ingredients and a whole lot of love!
