Meet The Chef

Katelin N. Hayes
HI, I am Katelin. The name and hands behind Katelin Hayes Desserts. Baking has always been a passion of mine. From countless days of dressing up as a child in an over sized chef coat and convincing my family to buy me cook books for every childhood birthday to finally applying for culinary school. After receiving my degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from Sullivan University in Louisville Kentucky, I moved to Nashville to start my journey in the dessert world. I have been fortunate to have worked/trained under some of Nashville’s best over the past five years and I am thankful for those opportunities. I have always dreamed of having my own bakery, and I thank YOU for allowing that dream to come true!
