Emily is a graduate of the L’art du Gateau program at The French Pastry School of Kennedy King College located in Chicago, IL. She studied under world renown pastry chefs including Nicholas Lodge, Mark Seaman and Scott Green.
Her work has been featured in Modern Luxury Bridal magazine, Chicago Wedding magazine, Louisville Bride magazine and WDRB News Station.
