Copper Kitchen was established in 2011 by Jennifer DeVos and Chef Kevin Miller. Jennifer and Kevin bring over 40 years combined experience in the restaurant and catering industry. As Executive Chef at Baltimore’s Ixia restaurant, Kevin’s modern and innovative cuisine consistently won accolades from Baltimore media.
At Copper Kitchen, our passion is creating events that delight the senses and exceed expectations. We create seasonal menus using the best possible local ingredients sourced from Maryland and regional farmers and purveyors. We deeply believe “know your farmer” is not just a motto, but a philosophy – and one that we hold dear. We strive to be an industry leader in service, cuisine, and presentation. We believe that giving back to the community is an essential part of our work, and we know the best chefs are the ones that never stop learning.
