About Us

Cakes by Darcy is a family owned and operated dessert boutique which was established in Roswell, GA in 2004, and creates bespoke custom decorated cakes for all occasions. Darcy believes that style and creativity are her biggest assets, allowing her to take simple fresh ingredients and transform them into edible works of art. Darcy has been designing and decorating cakes since 1987, and is known as one of the best in the cake decorating business.

Darcy honed her craft at two Chicago landmark bakeries, Bennison’s Bakery and Tag’s Bakery, before relocating to the Atlanta area in 1997.

Cakes by Darcy is Atlanta’s premiere bespoke cake boutique. An award-winning cake designer with over 30 years in the industry.
