Hi! I’m Emily.
Here are a few things you should know about me:
1. I’m better behind the camera than in front. I get seriously antsy when I’m being photographed. With that said, I value our relationship and want you to know me, so I will do my best to show my face and share my story here and on Instagram as much as possible.
2. I have a passion for creating. When I was a kid, I would invent all sorts of contraptions; I think my parents were sure I’d grow up to be an inventor. While I didn’t end up becoming an inventor (although, there’s still time), I did happen to fall into a career that lets me exercise my creative muscles to my heart’s desire. There is no greater gift than being able to creatively tell people’s stories through this medium. I absolutely love it.
3. I believe laughter makes the world go ‘round, so I’m always making jokes. I’ve been this way my entire life (I can give you both of my sisters’ contact info if you’re skeptical)—I think it has something to do with being the youngest of three. There is just something wildly satisfying in getting a laugh out of someone.
