I’ll be there to photograph it.
We have all had to make some drastic changes to our lives in 2020. Perhaps you’re planning a small elopement in lieu of the big party you had imagined. Or maybe you’re hoping for some socially distanced portraits to document this strange time. I am currently photographing outdoor sessions from at least six feet away and with my mask on, and I would be honored to create beautiful photographs for you, safely.

I believe there is beauty in imperfection, and I value that in my photography: images that are compelling while still natural, and moments that are real while still flattering. By combining an award-winning photojournalistic approach with a fine-art sensibility, I deliver storytelling that is both honest and beautiful.

Your photographs are here to tell your story long after the day is over. Your images will capture not only how things looked but how they felt. I will photograph your day fully, with detail shots of all those thoughtful choices you made for your wedding, as well as candid shots of all those subtle moments that might have otherwise slipped away unnoticed. When it comes to portraits, I provide enough direction for you to know what you’re doing, but not so much that you start feeling like it’s not you. It’s my job to guide even the most camera-averse into looking natural and feeling like themselves. Years from now I want you to still feel like this was you in this one moment at this special time in your relationship. And that’s a part of your story that’s worth preserving.
