Our historic property features covered and wooded outdoor areas as well as a historic home with original hardwood floors, clay tile roofing, grand archways, 1920s-inspired furniture, private newlywed quarters, and accommodations for 15 guests.

Where are you located?

We are located in DeLand right outside of the Orlando Metropolitan area in Central Florida. 27 minutes from New Smyrna 29 minutes from Daytona 50 minutes from Universal Orlando 1 hour and 5 minutes from Walt Disney World 1 hour and 12 minutes from Port Canaveral & Kennedy Space Center 23 minutes from Daytona Beach International Airport 32 minutes from Orlando Sanford International Airport 54 minutes from Orlando International Airport

What is the venue capacity?

We can seat 90-100 guests under our covered pavilion or 50 guests inside the lower level of the Main Villa. Couples may choose to rent a tent for additional reception seating. 150 guests total is our max.

Are tables and chairs included?

We provide up to twelve 96-inch rectangle fruitwood tables that do not require a linen! We also have ten 60-inch round folding banquet tables and one half round sweetheart table (linen required). We provide folding white resin folding ceremony chairs for the ceremony and fruitwood Chiavari chairs for the reception. Four cocktail height tables are also included for your cocktail hour (linen suggested).
