The Weatherford Hotel is a Victorian style historic hotel located in downtown Flagstaff, AZ. We still operate as a hotel and have 4 beautiful event spaces along with a restaurant. Our event spaces feature a lot of unique amenities such as a beautiful balcony on the Zane Grey space which offers a great view of the mountains and the center of downtown. The Gopher Hole features a photo booth and game room with pool tables, darts, and a pinball machine. Two of our event spaces feature a large stage perfect for a DJ or band. It truly is a one of a kind piece of history and a gorgeous location for your wedding!

FAQs

Do you have food and beverage in house or do we need to find a caterer?

We do all food and beverage in house! We have a large menu of food items ranging from appetizers to great dinner packages and dessert. Specialty cocktails are a big hit for us! We have a different menu for each event space that changes every season! On that menu is also a great selection of mocktails. You are welcome to bring in a cake from an outside vendor if you would like.

Do you have an Event Manager on site?

Yes! Our event manager will be there to help you every step of the way from first inquiring about the venue all the way to the end of your special day! She assists in the planning stages, is there for any questions along the way, and will be on site the night of to make sure you are here to enjoy while our staff takes care of the rest!

What is the capacity on your event spaces?

We have four different event spaces and our largest can hold up to 130 guests seated and 200 guests standing. Feel free to reach out if you have more questions on this.

Can you accommodate for allergies or dietary restrictions?

Of course! Whether it is vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, etc., we can do it all! Throughout the planning process, our event manager will discuss any restrictions with you, and we are happy to accommodate!

Do you require certain vendors (flowers, DJ, cake, etc.)?

Nope! You are welcome to bring in vendors that fit you and your vision best! With that being said, if you are looking for suggestions, I am happy to refer you to vendors I have worked with.
