The building was purchased in 2014 and after 2 years of renovations we are proud to show off this historic building. It features original red brick and ceiling truss’, large windows, and original “dog-house” ceiling windows, all with modern elements throughout. With no restrictions on vendors brought in, this rustic modern space has endless possibilities to make your event dreams come true.

Stay far away from this location!
Stay far away from this venue! Wish I could give a zero stars, a one star rating is being generous. Two things that wedding venues should have is comm...unication and attention to detail. They lack both! Tried contacting them for a couple months via email and phone calls with no response. Once called out they tried to offer an additional small savings but the trust that they will deliver or even have their doors open has since vanished. Sunkist refuses a full deposit back even though according to them a contract was not signed. Was told the day we gave them over a 4k deposit that a vendor list would be sent over but nothing. But they have no problem keeping the deposit. Looks like we will end up in court over this one. Save the stress and money look somewhere else.
