Stay away
Unprofessional and unreasonable, please stay away. They had a new event coordinator who made a huge mistake on my wedding day and management did not c...are and simply kept saying “no refunds”. Everything was set up on the WRONG floor and my family had to help move everything to try fix their errors. I rented an arch that my husband had to disassemble and reassemble due to it being on the wrong floor. My husband should not have had to do this, that’s what we paid for. But regardless their main focus is “no refunds” rather than trying to compensate my family for their labor and the mistakes they made. Several other issues as well, they had nothing but excuses. Please do NOT let this business ruin your wedding day.
