About Us

Stella Grey Blooms is a boutique floral design studio servicing Chicago. With a combined floral experience of 30 years we can offer traditional, to contemporary, to boho chic, vintage romantic, to trend setting floral designs for local Chicago weddings, events and all of life’s celebrations. We strategically approach each celebration with the overall vision and aesthetics in mind to create our client’s perfect floral story.

Owner and Lead Designer, Sally Hayes Papedis, has a background in fashion and interior design. In 2017 she opened her floral boutique and turned her creative talents to floral design. Her attention to detail, texture, movement, color and balance can be seen in what her clients refer to as Floral Art. Sally teamed up Nancy Konstantos, Lead Floral Designer, a floral veteran with over 28 years of experience in the wedding industry.

Nancy is best known for her jaw dropping hand ties and stunning bridal bouquets in every shape and form. Sally and Nancy share the same creative vision in floral design – that sometimes you need to learn the rules to break them to create something truly unique.
