Since its heralded opening in 1908, Union Station has witnessed our nation’s twentieth century history. Designed by Daniel Burnham as part of the city beautification plan, Union Station offered the Nation’s Capital a fitting railroad through its timeless architectural beauty.

Completed in 1988 with grand and versatile special event sites, Union Station offers unique, private venues for receptions, meetings and entertaining. Since opening its doors, Special Events at Union Station continues to earn a reputation for holding memorable events in a dramatic venue. Managed by creative professionals, our unique spaces and quality in-house services providers curate events where the experience always exceeds the expectation.

This uniquely historic room can accommodate up to 300 for cocktail receptions, and 160 for a seated dinner. It works well in conjunction with other spaces, but can also house your event in entirety.
