My name is Gayoung Kim. I grew up in Seoul, South Korea and began my career there as a fashion magazine editor. However, I always wondered about life in the US and I eventually pursued this curiosity while also following my passion as a professional pastry chef. I constantly strive to stretch the boundaries of design and style while maintaining the highest standard of quality and taste.
I graduated with high honors from the Pastry and Baking Program at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts and acquired professional experience at Chef Joanne Chang’s Flour Bakery + Cafe in Boston, MA, Chef Thomas Keller’s Bouchon Bakery in Manhattan, NY and The Ritz Carlton Boston Common in Boston, MA.
