Hey,  I’m Shanoah

As Rachel slipped on her Honest and Ivory gown in the Bridal Suite at the Arbor Crest Winery, she squealed with her closest friends, now bridesmaids. I photographed her mothers hands buttoning the back of her dress, and captured their teary-eyed hug. After watching her closest friends and family arrive, her bridesmaids walk down the aisle, and in anticipation of her new life with her partner, Rachel descended the staircase to walk down the aisle. As soon as John saw her, the sunlight illuminating the woman he had shared so much love, life, and happiness with, he was done for. Its always the ones who swear they won’t cry that cry the most! They looked at each other as if they were the only two people in the world, and in this moment, I knew it was my life calling to capture these delicate, special, once in a lifetime moments.

I’m here to make your wedding day easier. To bring you tissues when you’re shedding some pre-ceremony tears, to give your bridesmaids some extra booby tape (yes I bring a roll with me, and YES it comes in handy every wedding I photograph). I’ll be there when you see your future hubby in his tux, and when he sheds a few tears as you walk down the aisle. I’ll pull you away for a couple seconds to breathe when the day gets a lil’ chaotic, and I might even bust out a couple dance moves on the reception floor.

I’ll be your wedding expert, supportive friend, and behind the camera third wheel. I’ll photograph every moment, detail, and laugh beautifully, candidly, authentically, and timelessly.
