Scribner Bend Vineyards is located along the beautiful Sacramento River, in an area known as Scribner’s Bend, just 12 miles south of the Capitol and Downtown Sacramento. The Scribner family finds the warm summer days and cool evening breezes to be a special microclimate for growing grapes, and the ideal location for intimate weddings and receptions.

Our vineyard creates a romantic, picturesque setting, combining simple elegance and a touch of history. The rustic, elegant charm of the grounds is perfect for outdoor weddings and receptions.

Begin your day in our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Bungalow; it’s the perfect space for you and your attendants to spend a relaxing, stress-free day. Invite your makeup artist and hairstylist, they’re welcome onsite to coddle and pamper you on your special day. Include your photographer for those wonderful behind the scenes photos of you and your attendants that you’ll cherish forever.

You’re all ready and it’s time for those dreams to come true!! Make your way down the bridal aisle through mature grapevines and into our Chardonnay Garden to exchange your vows. This beautiful, peaceful space was carved right out of our chardonnay vineyard and is the perfect spot to declare your devotion to each other.

Your guests will head from the Chardonnay Garden to our back Courtyard where they’ll mingle while enjoying Scribner Bend Vineyards estate-grown, award-winning wines and domestic beers paired with appetizers passed by our exclusive, in-house catering team.

Through cheers and applause, the new Mr. and Mrs. are introduced to guests as they enter the reception area through our iconic barn doors and onto the circular stone dance floor. Our adjacent 50’ by 60’ reception tent is anchored at one end by a beautiful fountain and at the other end by a gorgeous outdoor fireplace with seating wall. As the sun sets, the tent transforms into a romantic glow of lighting with the roaring fireplace adding to the ambience. Our in-house caterer works with you to create your perfect dinner menu and our award-winning winemaker weighs in as to which wines would best accompany your menu choices.
