roomforty Catering is part of Hospitality Collaborative – A family of venues & event services serving Southern California. Founded in 2007 by Steve Fortunato, roomforty was born from a desire to bring people together, foster connection over a great meal and ensure that every special occasion – no matter how big or small – becomes a memorable one. For over 15 years, we’ve had the pleasure of catering and being a part of so many wonderful events, special occasions & milestones worth celebrating. From weddings, birthdays, corporate events to intimate dinners, our four cornerstones never change: superior products, from scratch preparation, artful presentation, and trained, accountable, gracious people.

Our in-house bar service and beverage program, Pharmacie, offers wine pairings, craft beer selections, and celebrates garden to glass craft cocktails featuring fresh elements such as house-made tonics, tinctures, juices, and herbs.
