I am so happy you’re here! I think it’s meant to be.

Whether you’re getting married and want some mighty fine imagery to highlight your day, needing creative coaching or artistic direction, just want some pretty lifestyle or branding photos, are looking to brainstorm to take your creative life to the next step, or you are a person looking for new friends, I’m glad you made your way here, and I’d love to help however I can.

I’ve been photographing weddings, milestones, and the best times of people’s lives for going on a decade, with it being my full-time gig for the last 7ish years. Each year I find something more to fall in love with that I hadn’t quite picked up before, and get to meet more amazing people whose lives I grow to know a bit more intimately. All sorts of gifts that keep on giving.
While wedding and lifestyle photography are my main focuses, I love making all sorts of things, and enjoy filling little bits of my calendar with creative coaching, mentoring, floral arranging, videography, painting, event planning, menu-creating, sourcing and styling, decorating, and just about anything in the creative realm I can get my mind and hands and heart on.

Connecting with people, getting to know them and their stories, and making art with and for them is one of the coolest and most rewarding jobs I could ever possibly see myself doing, and I’m just the lucky one that I have people want to take me up on my ideas and eyeballs and skillsets.

My name is Rachel (she/they). You can call me Rach or Rachel or Waters or we can come up with personalized nicknames for each other if you want. I’m a laid-back, story-slinging, photo-taking, spread-kindness-until-my-last-breath, create-because-I-have-to-otherwise-I-feel-off, certified hype-person, artist, poet, lifestyle and wedding photographer and human being based in Oklahoma City and Washington, and available wherever I can safely go in a pandemic.

I enjoy run-on sentences, jokes, human connection, jazz music, long baths, Netflix, nature, general whimsy, morning light, and am ready to rock n’ roll anywhere on earth as long as it is with people who are loving and fun and who wanna keep things real.
