PRO DJs

I have been a professional mobile DJ for over 25 years and I have had the opportunity to perform at hundreds of weddings and events. I perform most PRO DJs events. As a long time professional in the Portland area, I believe I have performed at most venues, so there is a good chance I am familiar with your wedding venue.

The details are really important. While I can wing it with the best of them, I feel I am at my best when fully prepared with information gathered from our planning meetings. When discussing your wedding itinerary, I ask a lot of questions. On the day of your wedding, I work hard to execute your wedding plan to meet your expectations.

I feel the attention at a wedding should always be on the bride and groom, not the DJ, so I don't tell jokes or say anything that will embarrass the couple. For over 20 years, I was a radio DJ at Z100 and other stations, so I can be the entertainment at an event, but for weddings I feel my role is to facilitate by creating a map for guests to follow through my various announcements. I then lead them to a fun time on the dance floor through my constant surveying of the crowd that allows me to make the most appropriate song selections to create a memorable reception.

My master library features over 30,000 selections and still growing. I have access to nearly any song. If you are not sure what to choose and would like some direction, I can assist you. In addition, I run a sound studio and can edit any song to customize it for your needs.
