As the only members-only club in the Napa Valley, we pride ourselves in delivering a unique golf, tennis, and social experience to our members that balances and compliments their Napa Valley lifestyle.
In 1915 the Napa Golf & Country Club leased 100 acres from Frank Coombs for the construction of a 9-hole golf course. In 1923 Napa Valley Country Club was incorporated and purchased the leased land for $7,500.
The club remained a 9-hole course through the 1980s when additional land was purchased to expand to an 18-hole course. The new clubhouse was built in 2004 creating the modern era golf, tennis, and social club you see today.
Inside the clubhouse the Napa Valley food & wine culture is alive and well. Our culinary staff delivers a quality of food that meets or exceeds what you can get locally. And our members-only wine list gives non-wine members the opportunity to sample exquisite wines from the area’s top boutique wineries.
