Otherwise, you, the couple, will be running around making sure things are in place and on time instead of enjoying your most special day. It is your wedding! You should only be focusing on yourselves as friends and family gather around to celebrate your love. Let us take over and run the show so you can laugh, cry (happily), and dance the night away!
We will become the primary point of contact for you, beginning on the day you book with us. We will confirm and review all your contracts thoroughly to ensure all your vendors are ‘on the same page’ . We will create a detailed wedding timeline and make sure the payments and guest counts are in order prior to your special day. On the day of, Savannah will be on-site coordinating vendors in order to keep everyone on schedule. As well, she will organize the photo schedule, line up your wedding party for ceremony/reception entrances, and even manage your rehearsal.
If you booked the coordination & design package, she will create a design based on you and your partner’s preferences and history. Using that, we will consult your design-based vendors on everything from lighting design to flowers, furniture to linens, and even attire! We will ensure your event has a cohesive, stylish look. Savannah will also attend a site visit to visualize where everything should go and devise a layout that will best execute your vision. Most of all, she will make sure EVERYTHING is in its place on your wedding day.
