While there are many aspects of a wedding that one can toss aside or alter, a coordinator is a must on a wedding day. Otherwise, you, the couple, will be running around making sure things are in place and on time instead of enjoying your most special day. It is your wedding! You should only be focusing on yourselves as friends and family gather around to celebrate your love. Let us take over and run the show so you can laugh, cry (happily), and dance the night away! We will become the primary point of contact for you, beginning on the day you book with us. We will confirm and review all your contracts thoroughly to ensure all your vendors are ‘on the same page’ . We will create a detailed wedding timeline and make sure the payments and guest counts are in order prior to your special day. On the day of, Savannah will be on-site coordinating vendors in order to keep everyone on schedule. As well, she will organize the photo schedule, line up your wedding party for ceremony/reception entrances, and even manage your rehearsal. If you booked the coordination & design package, she will create a design based on you and your partner’s preferences and history. Using that, we will consult your design-based vendors on everything from lighting design to flowers, furniture to linens, and even attire! We will ensure your event has a cohesive, stylish look. Savannah will also attend a site visit to visualize where everything should go and devise a layout that will best execute your vision. Most of all, she will make sure EVERYTHING is in its place on your wedding day.

The Intimate Planning package is perfect for our couples that are looking to have a wedding surrounded by their closest friend and family. In this package, Savannah will plan, design, and coordinate your day from start to finish. You give us your budget and she will give you the wedding of your dreams while you sit back and relax stress-free. Not a lot of couples can say that! We do try to limit the guest count for this package to 100-150 in order to ensure your budget stretches as much as possible as well as guarantee the wedding we plan for you, is the most intimate and loving day of your life. We want you to be surrounded by magic and the warmth of your closest friends and family.

Everyone deserves to have a magically planned wedding day so we can certainly try our best to work with you. Our packages are fully customizable and we will always try our best to work in discounts if possible.

Savannah has been in the industry for almost 10 years now! She’s previously worked in many different facets including event catering, corporate/marketing events, festivals, wedding venue coordination, photography/videography planning, and assisting other wedding planners around SoCal. With all of this knowledge and seeing an opportunity to really help guide couples through the wedding/events process, she launched ‘Moonbeam Weddings’

All weddings and events held within a 50-mile radius of our office are exempt from travel fees.* Weddings & events that are 51-125 miles away are subject to a $1/mile travel fee per meeting. Everything beyond that point will be subject to the $1/mile travel fee + hotel (+ airfare, if applicable). *Weddings & events held in the immediate Monterey Bay community are also currently exempt from the travel fee.
