Miss Muff’n Bakery is proud to serve the Mid South area with quality flavored and designed cakes. We would love to help you plan that perfect wedding, Miss Muff’n Bakery is a specialty bake shop. We primarily make specialty cakes for weddings, birthdays and other special occasions.We do carry a small variety of items for purchase on a walk-in bases (i.e. cupcakes, cake balls and select standard cakes). These items vary daily.

Mildred Galloway, known as “Miss Muff’n” opened the bakery in 1987. After retiring from a successful teaching career, Mildred opened the store as a muffin shop and tea room. She quickly became known as one of the premier wedding cake designers in the Mid South and thus decided to focus on baking the best cakes in our area! Lieu Nguyen worked with Mrs. Galloway and took over the bakery when she decided to retire. Lieu and much of that same staff are still leading the bakery and keeping the spirit of Miss Muff’n alive and well! The store, while focusing on Cakes and Cupcakes, still produces (by special order): muffins, pies, cookies, souffles, scones, cheesecakes and so much more!
