Lucy J’s Bakery kneads hope by baking with a mission! Offering delicious breads, croissants, cookies, and even special event cakes, we bake everything from scratch in the shop at Crosstown Concourse. Partnering with the Dorothy Day House in Memphis, TN, the bakery intentionally hires parents who are or have transitioned out of a period of homelessness.

Our belief is that all people should be able to earn a living wage and support their families.For 7 years, we have primarily made celebration cakes for birthdays, weddings, and anniversaries. As the retail store became more and more of a reality, we expanded into croissants, danishes, breads, pies, and lots of other delicious treats.
