About Us

My name is Alison Semmler and I am a NYC native and am the owner and lead planner at Lifestyle Maven Events. My husband and I recently relocated to Jersey City and purchased a 100 year old home which has left us with even better views and a closer proximity to Manhattan. I started Lifestyle Maven Events after years of working in design and luxury household and event management. Working on weddings and events has allowed me to be the true Type A creative that I really am.

I am truly interested in the couples that I work with and try to get to know them as intimately as possible. This ensures that your wedding will be as unique and personal as possible. My aim is to guide you every step of the way through the wedding process and to provide high quality, individualized attention and services.
