What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have to divisions of catering, Latin Fresh Catering & Latin Fresh Luxury Catering. Latin Fresh is menus from the restaurant that you can find on our website starting at $13 per person and Luxury is a full service catering company. We are 100% chef driven.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We set up a phone call first or Skype to understand exactly what the client wants for their event. Second step is a proposal is sent out for client to review. If all changes and adjustments are made a 50% deposit is due to reserve the date. 25% one month before the event and the other 25% due one week before the event.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Chef David Aaron has over 1,000+ catering events as experience. He comes from fine dinning, has owned and operated a catering company in Miami for 18+ years before pandemic. He opened up Latin Fresh Restaurant & Catering in Norcross Georgia.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Chef David Aaron started out of his dads garage 20 years ago with a background in Marketing. He grew up around food his entire life. Started a catering company, became a chef at Le Cordon Bleu and became obsessed. Has traveled the world and helped open over 40 food and beverage operations between the U.S., South America, Peru, Colombia and Mexico.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Everything from a drop off 20 person corporate event up to 2,500 guests.
