From fully customizable farm-to-table menus, to our in-house design services and rentable décor catalog, you will work with our Wedding Coordinator to stylize your wedding to be uniquely you.

We strive to provide a stress-free experience for you and your guests, so you can kick back and spend time with them while we take care of the rest. We have been hosting weddings here in Elburn for over ten years and we pride ourselves on working with our couples to create stress-free, customized dream weddings.

What is your per-person pricing?

Our all-inclusive weddings are customizable and include a range of pricing options. Please inquire on our website and we'll send over our pricing & packaging breakdown.

What is your seasonal availability?

We host weddings and private events from the last weekend in April through the first weekend in November.

Can we use outside vendors?

We provide a list of preferred vendors that we know & love to work with, but you are welcome to work with vendors outside that list. We will be in contact with them and work with them to coordinate the details of your day.

What sets you apart?

One of the ways Heritage Prairie Farm specializes in completely original outdoor weddings is through our Farm to Table Cuisine. Throughout the planning process, we incorporate the Certified Organic produce from the fields as the seasons change. The farmers harvest whenever possible from our USDA Certified Organic Farm what can be interwoven into the personal taste of your menu. Our experienced culinary team spends time with each individual couple to create a customized menu to reflect the uniqueness your wedding and our special outdoor space. The Heritage Prairie Farm culinary team creates, from scratch, each farm wedding dish. As a result, no matter the specific cuisine, family favorite recipe, or specialty plate you would like us to recreate, you can count on us to deliver. Consequently, each Heritage Prairie Farm outdoor wedding includes custom dinner menu planning, full-service wait staff, butler passed appetizers, family-style dinner service, coffee & tea station, complimentary cake cutting and dessert display set-up.
