Can’t recommend enough!
We can't recommend Details Wedding Planning enough! Libby held our hands through the entire process. She had suggestions for vendors, helped us with d...ecor/design and had to-do lists for us to check off to make the process smooth. When our DJ cancelled the day before due to a medical emergency, Libby had a plan b in place before she even called us. When there was a misunderstanding with the groom's room the day of the wedding, she helped us smoothly resolve the issue. My motto through the whole process was "if Libby's not worried, I'm not worried." The wedding day and everything leading up to it was absolutely perfect and better than we could have imagined. A big part of that was due to Libby. Don't even think twice about hiring Details Wedding Planning, it's the best money we spent for our wedding!

Libby and Nicole made our wedding day seamless!
Libby and Nicole were on top of our planning timeline and all of the details from day one! Throughout the planning process we felt supported and they... helped us bring our wedding vision to life. The day of the wedding went seamlessly and we were just able to sit back and enjoy the day. All of our wedding party and parents were very impressed with how thorough our timeline and all included details were! Would definitely recommend Details Wedding Planning!

The best wedding ever, aka ours!
Libby from Details helped us plan the best wedding we have ever been to (and luckily for us it was our own)! We cannot express thoroughly enough how g...rateful we are for all of her hard work over the past 20 months. It was a journey we wouldn't have wanted to go on with anyone else.
Libby has such a great energy that kept us calm throughout the day and enabled us to enjoy each moment. She provided the enthusiasm and stamina that kept the process fun over 20 months even when we had to discuss the less exciting details (like picking out shuttles). Also, her organizational skills and tools are top notch! We felt completely comfortable handing the reins over to her on the day of knowing everything would go off without a hitch. We also knew that even if it didn't, Libby would fix it without us ever knowing.
Libby was able to synthesize our ever-evolving vision into a beautiful day that we absolutely loved. Walking into the ballroom as newlyweds and seeing our friends and family cheering us on was a special moment that we will never forget. It was made that much more memorable that the backdrop was the classy navy with a pop of copper décor, gorgeous white rose and magnolia florals, and warm up-lights. The transformation was truly stunning!
Most importantly, Libby always reminded us what the day was actually about and creating space for it. It was special to have some time after the ceremony to be together and reflect on the moment in the war room.

Best Day Ever!
The planning of the wedding was seamless. Communication was above and beyond addressing the activities for the day up to the wedding as well as during... the wedding and reception. The bride (and groom) were able to enjoy every minute of their "best day ever" without worry allowing Details Wedding Planning to handle ALL the details.

Details Wedding Planning is the BEST!
Hiring Details Wedding Planning is the best decision that you can make to start planning you perfect wedding day!! Libby and her team are incredible a...nd so fun to work with. And as the name implies, they took care of ALL of the details! My husband and I had a very eventful wedding day where we decided to have TWO ceremonies, one Hindu and one Catholic with a break in between followed by a large reception. When I first started thinking about how complicated this would be, I almost threw in the towel. But Libby and her team worked with us from the beginning to bring our vision to life. They helped brainstorm, recommended incredible vendors, did research to find some unique vendors that we needed... such as a horse and mobile DJ :) I never in a million years thought we would be able to pull it off, but when the day arrived everything went smoothly! We adored Libby and her team- all have such positive attitudes, were willing to help with any and all tasks that came up and made me, my husband and our families feel so special on our wedding day. And in the months leading up to it, she helped ease all of my concerns. Do yourself a favor and hire them now!! You will not regret it!!!

Best decision I made for my wedding day!
I chose Libby for our wedding planning and day-of coordination before the pandemic began, and she stayed with me during the THREE reschedules and venu...e changes that occurred over the last two years. Her optimism, genuine and caring personality, and tact for getting things done was a lifesaver during a particularly tumultuous time in my life. My wedding day was everything I could've asked for when it came down to not having to handle things/people or coordinate everything (like I normally do in my real life). I was honestly shocked because it was like living in a dream! I was so happy to just be able to enjoy myself and be in the moment with my (now) husband. I would recommend Libby to anyone who is looking for a planner that knows her stuff, is down-to-earth, organized, and will take charge when expected. Thank you for making my wedding day so special!

Absolutely Perfect – Down to the Smallest Details!
We were absolutely thrilled with Details Wedding Planning! Libby is kind, enthusiastic and meticulously organized, and we so appreciated her helpful s...uggestions and direction when it came to the small details of our wedding (an apt business name, for sure!). We were also impressed with how quickly and effectively she communicated with our many vendors - a task that I did not envy in the slightest - and the consideration she had for planning each piece of our special day.
On our wedding day we left it all to Libby; she was our go-to for schedule updates, venue & vendor communication, and all-around smiles and support! At one point she event tracked me (the gleeful and slightly overwhelmed bride) down with a plate of appetizers and a gave me a persistent and much-appreciated nudge to take a breather. Libby wasn't just concerned with the logistics (though those were very much under control at all times); she made sure that we, the wedding couple, truly enjoyed ourselves on our Wedding Day.
Libby made sure our everything went seamlessly on our special weekend, and we cannot recommend her highly enough!

Hire Details Wedding Planning ASAP!
Words can’t express how absolutely wonderful working with Libby has been to plan the perfect wedding day. I can 100% guarantee that our day would ha...ve been far from what it was without Libby and the Details Wedding Planning team. We were very overwhelmed when we started to wedding plan and didn’t know where to begin or how to weed through what seemed to be a never ending list of vendors. From day 1, Libby completely took the stress off and helped keep us on track every step of the way. She helped us build our budget, find vendors that fit our aesthetic (and were awesome people in general) and made sure the wedding day was absolutely seamless. She was always available for any question - no matter how random - and we had a regular cadence of meetings to make sure we were progressing on our timeline leading up to the big day. There is so much that we didn’t know going into the wedding planning process and so glad we had Libby by our side. She is extremely thorough, the most organized person we’ve ever met, and an absolute delight to be around. There was not a single thing that we had to think about or do wedding weekend because Libby took it all off our hands. If there were any issues, we don’t know about it because she handled it! We also want to add that there wasn’t a single vendor we worked with who didn’t tell us how much they love to work with Libby and how she makes their lives easier as well. Libby was also extremely helpful in helping us figure out decor, how to organize tables, met with us to pick out linens etc. We showed her a few Pinterest photos and she truly made them come to life. We could go on forever. If you’ve made it this far, we’ll repeat from the beginning - stop looking, hire Details Wedding Planning NOW!

Amazing, Professional
Libby was amazing. Had heard of so many issues with wedding planning, so we decided on hiring a wedding planner. Thank god we hired Details Wedding Pl...anning. Libbey Sarver and Details Wedding Planning are the BEST!
Libby Sarver and her team were the absolute BEST to work with for my daughter's wedding on 9/24/21. It was a great help having someone like Libby to ...be on top of things as my daughter lives in Utah and she got married in Charlotte, NC. At our venue walk through my husband and I were a bit overwhelmed but Libby kept telling us, "I got it all under control" and she most certainly did!!
The day of the wedding, our linens came in the wrong color and out table stands were falling over due to excess wind (we were an outside reception). Libby came so prepared as she had a shorter table stands with her that worked so much better and she somehow got the correct linens delivered in time for the reception!! And they did such a beautiful job with the setup of all our decor and also the clean-up!!
We would 100% recommend Libby Sarver and Details Wedding Planning for all your wedding needs......big or small they were the ultimate professionals!!!

Best coordinators we could have asked for
We had the absolute pleasure of working with Libby and Katherine for our wedding. They made it so seamless for us especially the few weeks leading up... to the wedding day. Every single thing went perfectly the day of and there was never a moment of confusion of what we were doing next and where anyone had to be. I would HIGHLY recommend Details Wedding Planning to anyone looking for a full planner or wedding coordination. We couldn't have done it without these two ladies!! LOVE YOU BOTH!!

Outstanding Wedding Planner, Highly Recommend!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Libby and Details Wedding Planning.
I met with a few wedding planners, but instantly I had a great con...nection with Libby. She is one of the sweetest, most genuine people I have ever met. After hiring Details Wedding Planning, Libby and I met many times (in-person and virtual due to covid) leading up to and planning our wedding. Libby gave us very detailed timelines that helped keep us on track leading up to the wedding. Libby worked with me to help develop my vision for our wedding and helped me in any area I was not sure (believe me there were so many planning aspects that I would have never even thought of on my own). Everything from selecting the venue, the caterer, the photographer, hair and makeup artists, to table decorations and flowers; Libby did it all and helped me more than words can say with every aspect of planning (and the day of) our wedding. Libby's experience, suggestions, and assistance made wedding planning so enjoyable and knowing that she had everything under control and scheduled really made the experience stress-free. Libby coordinated with all of our vendors leading up to the wedding to ensure everything would run smoothly. The day of the wedding Libby and her assistant Catherine made the day so easy, stress-free, and smooth. Anything that needed done was already taken care of without me (my mom or my bridesmaids) having to even think about it; all we had to do was enjoy the day. Guest questions were all answered by Libby and her team, any time my husband or I had even close to an empty glass Libby was there to give us a refill, our dinner plates were automatically made and brought to our table for us, Libby kept us on schedule the entire day, and finally, Libby stayed after the reception to clean up and ensure all personal items were taken back to our hotel (believe me there was a lot between plates, extra food, gifts, cards, and decorations). Having Libby and Catherine there to make sure everything was done the way we had planned really helped us (and our family) relax and just enjoy our perfect day without having to worry about anything.
It was very comforting to know throughout the entire process that I had Libby to ensure that everything was getting done when it needed to be; the Save the Dates were ordered and sent when they needed to be, the venue was booked when it needed to be, the budget was planned out, the invitations were ordered and sent when they needed to be, my dress was ordered and altered when it needed to be, my husband's suit was ordered when it needed to be, and so much more.
Looking back, I can easily say that out of all the money spent on our wedding, Libby was by far the best money spent. I recommend Libby and Details Wedding Planning to anyone getting married!

The Most Amazing Day!!
Libby was absolutely amazing!!! She brings a calm to what we expected to be the most hectic day. She was always around without being over bearing. ...She is a perfectionist and not one item from the very beginning to the beautiful end went unnoticed. Libby has found her calling! As the mother of the bride I was able to just show up and be present for every amazing moment of this day. PRICELESS! We have two more
girls and I would not consider any other planner! Thank you Libby for giving our family and friends the most beautiful

Absolutely Amazing!
Libby is absolutely amazing! There is no way we could have done it without her! Libby went above and beyond our expectations on the wedding day. She... made sure that not only the bride, but the family and guest felt special as well. The food was buffet style and she fixed a plate for my grandmother who is 87 and my mother-in-law who is on oxygen. We never expected her to do that! It's the little things that mean so much and I could go on and on about all the special things that she did! I highly recommend Libby and her team. Everything went flawlessly and the best part is that I didn't have to worry about a thing. I was able to focus on my beautiful daughter on one of the most special days of her life. Words can not express how pleased I am with Details Wedding Planning. I highly recommend them!
