About Us

Having studied enough French in college to understand what “couture” meant, he answered the ad. During his interview, he was asked only two questions, what was his college major and what did his father do. It was designer Mary McFadden who first introduced David to some of the most high-profile women in the world when he got that job.

David’s involvement with events began with runway fashion shows and the politics around who would be seated in those coveted first-row seats. From there it was onto Perry Ellis, Ellen Tracy, Jhane Barnes and finally Calvin Klein before he turned his attention elsewhere.

Surrounding himself with talented colleagues across all areas of wedding, destination wedding, corporate and charity events, David decided to offer the best service possible. And to do that he knew it would mean taking on a limited number of clients each year so that each client would have his undivided attention. His experience in fashion, fine art, marketing, location management, and philanthropy combined to make him a one-of-a-kind Event Planner.

As one recent bride put it, “David gets shit done.” And that pretty much sums up what he does. Wedding dresses, wedding invitations, wedding cakes, wedding photographers, etc., he knows the right person for the job and how to put together the best possible team to make weddings, parties, and special events experiences that his clients and their guests will remember.
