FAQs

What does my Wedding Photography Package include?

Consultations, full coordination with your planner/coordinator for day-of timeline planning, and in most cases an Engagement Session. 8 hours of primary coverage but this varies, assistant photographer for a minimum of four hours, editing of your final shots and a beautiful online gallery space.

How do you edit the final images? Are you 'light and airy' or 'dark and moody'?

Both! It depends on the venue, scenery, decor and time of day. When the bright summer sky shines on green lawns, on healthy trees and brightly colored drapery then we love the airier tones, for pensive moments in oak panelled rooms with mahogany desks lit by a single window we're going to lean into the warm, contrasty mood more. It's all about context and the feel of the moment. We won't apply tones to your photographs that just don't fit the mood, sunset colors are for sunset!

How do you back up and keep my files safe?

All of our cameras 'dual-write' every shot to two memory cards at the same time. These files are are backed up immediately to two hard drives and the final files uploaded to an online space. We take the safety of your memories exceptionally seriously!

Do you need a shot list?

A few weeks before the date of the Wedding we'll request a list of any must-have family group formal shots, and we'll discuss all of your must-have shots from the start of your booking. You can always send us any shots that you have saved that you love and would want to emulate, and we check in our questionnaire which items, heirlooms and details are the most important to you!

So when should we book?

As soon as possible! Any wedding vendor will tell you that every booking season sees dozens of dates taken off the market in a matter of weeks, and availability for your special day could be gone at any time.
