What fees are there? Are there any hidden fees?

There is 20% service charge on food and beverage. That's it! No hidden fees or last minute unknown costs.

What is a food and beverage minimum?

A food and beverage minimum is the amount required to be spent. Both food and hosted beverages are applied. The food and beverage minimum changes depending on the day of the week and time of year.

When can I arrive?

Any time! We only do one wedding a day. The space is all yours - the ballroom, patio, bridal suites, and front lawn.

What is included in the rental?

We provide everything in house for you! Tables, chairs, choice of linen color, wait staff/bartender/manager, event planning, gated parking lot, complimentary food tasting, and we set up and break down everything for you, too. You are also welcome to use things such as votive candles. silver or gold chargers, vases, and other in house decorations.

How are you handling COVID-19 and events?

We will be following all state mandated regulations. Right now we do not know exactly what weddings will look like, but we anticipate the use of face masks and reduced headcount for part of 2021. If for whatever reason you need to postpone, we will work together on finding a new date, free of charge. COVID related cancellations are eligible for a deposit refund. Our goal is to keep everyone safe and healthy while also putting together the wedding of your dreams.
