Meet Andrea!

Andrea has 30 years of cake experience. She considers herself a true “cake snob” knowing the science of baking and the pleasure food can bring to a palate. Respecting and preserving the thought of using the purest ingredients and heirloom recipes to deliver the highest quality cake.

Having a passion, sense of perfection and drive to be unique has helped elevate Classic Cakes into something unique and unseen in the Midwest. Her cakes have graced the pages of national publications like Town & Country to North Coast Weddings Magazine and wedding blogs such as Style Me Pretty and 100 Layer Cake. We have just been chosen by Bride’s Magazine as one of the top 100 wedding cake studios in the United States. Cake is her art and sugar, eggs, flour, butter and salt are her medium.

We are a very small cake company purposely. I love what I do but we focus on small numbers of cakes per week and 3 is our magic number. Once we are booked the date is gone and only making three cakes per week we book up fast. Please don’t hestitate to call us and check availability. We are located in Lee’s Summit Missouri, 15 minutes from 435 Highway and Metcalf and 20 minutes away from downtown Kansas City.
