Belle Events is an affordable wedding and event planning company led by its founder, Jobelle Harris, located in Virginia Beach and serving clients in Hampton Roads area.

We specialize in weddings providing our clients with assistance months in advance up to the very last minute! Our Head Planner and Day of Coordinators are committed in working with our clients to make sure that both the wedding planning process AND the wedding day are an incredible, memorable experience.
