The room can accommodate up to 300 guests for a seated soiree and 375 people standing with cocktail tables. No matter your preference, your guests will be wowed by this versatile location. Journey outside and enjoy the outdoors on the porch, overlooking the lush lawn. Their well-equipped get-ready rooms have all that one might need and offer a relaxing space to prepare. Located only 20 minutes away from Memphis, couples and their loved ones can enjoy both the intimate nature of the venue, as well as the bustling city beyond.

Services Offered

With Avon Acres’ event liaison, organizing the detail of your wedding will be a breeze. Couples can use the venue’s round tables, chivari or folding chairs, and bistro service tables to fill out the space. With two built-in bars on the property, the drinks will be flowing all evening. The catering team can also make use of the kitchen on-site to prepare delicious food for all to eat. Additionally, the dedicated staff will be on hand to help with setting and cleaning up so that all you need to worry about is celebrating your nuptials.

The event space holds up to 350 guests. Outside green space can hold up to 250 chairs

All events must end no later than 11:00 p.m. Clean-up and load out must be completed by midnight.
