1. Introduction: What's your story?

Let us put your mind at ease as we pair together the perfect location, officiant, photographer, makeup artist, hair stylist, decor, bouquet and most delicious cake (or donuts) around for your special day. We make your dream wedding a one-stop shop, making getting married effortless and affordable. Time to make your day a celebration filled with unforgettable memories alongside a few of your closest friends and family.

2. What's your experience as a wedding planner? How many weddings have you planned?

2019 was the launch of Dash Pop Shop and since our start we have planned many different elopements/weddings for people from all over the United States. We have gone on many different adventure elopements from extreme hikes to laid back brewery weddings. We are all about the unique experience.

3. What sorts of services do you offer (month-of coordination, full-service planning, or à la carte planning)?

We offer three packages:

4. How do payments work (a percentage of the wedding budget, a flat fee etc.)? What are the different packages that you offer and which one is your most popular package?

We require a retainer fee to reserve the wedding date. The retainer fee is based on the package .

5. Who else is in your team and how many people on your staff will be at the wedding?

Ashley is our point of contact and English speaking officiant
Danielle is our photographer
Adrian and Elle are our Spanish speaking officiants

6. What happens if you're sick or otherwise unable to be there on the day of the wedding?

We make every effort to make sure our clients days are perfect and that we have the staffing we need. With that being said we also take the health and safety of our staff and our clients and their family very serious.

7. How many meetings will you have with the couple and how will they be involved?

We have a pre wedding consultation to discuss the details included in the selected package as well as any photo requests. We are all always here to answer any questions or requests but most of all we love to take the stress out of planning.

8. Will you handle the invitations, from wording and ordering to the addressing and mailing? What about guest list coordination and RSVPs?

We do not handle invitations, guest lists or RSVP's. Dash Pop Shop is an alternative to traditional weddings. We are always happy to offer suggestions for wedding industry vendors if you would like to add to what we already offer.

9. Do you handle rentals? Will you coordinate delivery, arrival and set up times with the photographer, the florist, the musicians and the caterer/banquet manager?

We offer the photographer, seasonal bouquet and boutonnière, music to walk down the isle to and first dance, we also provide a mini reception.

10. Can you create a timeline that tells everyone involved in the planning process (other pros, members of the wedding party, to-be-weds and families) what to do and when to do it? How will you make sure everyone sticks to the schedule?

We have a timeline that we follow to ensure our clients don't miss anything included in their package.
