1. Introduction: What's your story?

Hi, I’m Stephanie Ceglia, owner and lead photographer at Nova Imagery. My love for wedding photography began over 9 years ago unexpectedly. A wedding photographer needed a last minute replacement for a second shooter and I stepped in. Although I have shot portrait sessions, I was not ready for what wedding photography truly entails. After that first wedding, it was a game changer. I never realized how much I loved people, relationships, and moments. Over the years, that love has grown exponentially because as I have evolved, so have my couples. Getting the opportunity to grow with them and their families through photography is more rewarding than I could ever put into words.

2. How long have you been shooting weddings? How many weddings have you photographed?

9 years, over 200 weddings.

3. How would you describe your photography style?

My photography style is authentic, intentional, and editorial.

4. How well in advance should couples book their wedding photographer?

Couples should book their wedding photographer 12-18 months prior to their wedding date. My peak booking months of the year are from October to February, while October to December are the months that are most popular and get booked quickly.

5. What are the different packages that you offer and which one is your most popular package?

Collections begin at $2000 and are all-inclusive including plenty of time, an engagement session, a wedding album, digital images and a host of other options. Because we offer a more personalized and boutique experience, pricing and collections vary. Our goal is to create unique artwork for your home and something you will enjoy for generations to come.

6. Are you the wedding photographer who will be shooting on the wedding day? Who else is there in your team?

I am the lead photographer and we are a team of 3 on a wedding day, including a second photographer and assistant.

7. Do you charge a travel fee? For what distance? What does that cover?

There are no travel fees in Florida. Any other state is a flat fee of $1000, and international travel is custom quoted. Travel fee includes all of our needed accommodations. ( Flights, hotel, car rental, meals, miscellaneous items / fees )

8. Are albums or prints included in your packages?

We value printed artwork, an heirloom album is included in most of our collections and custom wall art is also available.

9. How long after the wedding will the couple receive the images? How will they be delivered?

Because we have an amazing editing team, the images are ready for viewing about two weeks after the wedding. The couple will have their reveal celebration where they view their images for the first time, design their album, and go through all the artwork options. The digital images are delivered in an online gallery and their printed artwork is shipped to their home.

10. What is your cancellation and/or refund policy?

If the wedding is cancelled for any reason, the retainer is nonrefundable. The retainer can be applied towards a portrait session or another event within 12 months from the original wedding date.
