1. Introduction: What's your story?

Juliet’s work is characterized by romance and whimsy: from romantic, vintage designs featuring old fashioned English roses and lilacs to modern designs featuring calla lilies, exotic orchids, succulents and unusual textures that reflect the current fashion of floral designs.

2. What's your experience as a wedding florist business? How many weddings are in there in your portfolio?

Juliet Tan Floral Design was established in 2010, specializing in wedding and event designs.
An industry expert with over 25 years of experience.

Her goal was to create the dream flowers seen in books and magazines, yet still affordable for real weddings. Owner and Lead designer, Juliet Tan is a self-thought florist and her influence from her studies from masters such As Preston Bailey & Karen Tran, gives her brand the ability to design for both corporate and individual clients of every scale.

3. How far in advance do couples need to secure your services?

Ideally a year in advance. We are boutique floral company where our services are limited to a few every weekend. We strive in providing intimate , quality and personalized wedding floral service.

4. How do you price your floral arrangements? What are the different packages that you offer and which one is your most popular package?

We provide bespoke floral design services for weddings, social and corporate events.
Our master floral designer and owner works 1 on 1 with each client to ensure all their needs are met and aligned with their budget needs.

6. Who else is in your team and how many people on your staff will be at the wedding?

Since we are a bespoke floral and design company, our dedicated and talented staff comprises of a lead designer for every event. Depending of the size of the event, each event is staffed adequately to ensure we are equipped to set the room, attend to room flips or any last minutes changes.

7. How would you describe your design style? (e.g. traditional, modern, rustic, organic)

8. Who will handle setup and delivery? What other services do you offer?

My team and I. We do offer lighting and drapery which are elements that come together to crate a bespoke event.

9. What happens to the flowers after the wedding?

We typically repurpose the flowers for the post wedding brunches.
Other options can be discussed as each client needs vary .

10. What is your cancellation and/or refund policy?

In the event of a cancellation, actual damages would be difficult to determine.
The deposit is non refundable. However we will provide the client an opportunity to use the deposit for another event, up to 12 months of the actual event date.
