1. Introduction: What's your story?

Hi I'm Simon Aslanpour, I opened my Florist and Wedding company in 2010 to follow my passion for making dream weddings a reality for those who were looking for someone with a new approach to design.
We are a dedicated to making each bride feel like their wedding will be the perfect setting to exchange vows with the love of their life. We only offer the finest floral designs and compliment them with exquisite wedding details. Because all of our customers are important, our professional staff is dedicated to making your experience a pleasant one. That is why we always go the extra mile to make your floral needs perfect.

2. What's your experience as a wedding florist business? How many weddings are in there in your portfolio?

Weddings are personal and emotional events and as a florist, I play a big part in making them perfect for the couple and their families. As part of being a floral and wedding designer, you must love what you do and you must love people and be willing to hear their life stories, their dreams and then bring them to life. I have been doing this for 14 years and as a owner and main designer have enjoyed every single one of them. every client has been different and that has added so much to my experience and my learning skills in many aspects of traditions and nationalities. I have done over 600 weddings since I've been in business and I cannot be more grateful.

3. How far in advance do couples need to secure your services?

Normally couples start planning their weddings over a year in advance and that's when we start with initial consultation and booking for the next year in most cases. However we book weddings as soon as a month prior to the wedding date based on our availability.

4. How do you price your floral arrangements? What are the different packages that you offer and which one is your most popular package?

We do not offer a "package" as each wedding is custom to that bride. We work with the bride, their vision and their budget to put together a cost effective budget. We have done weddings for $1,000 up to $70,000, and everything in between.

5. How many meetings will you have with the couple, and how will they be involved?

There are many details to work through to ensure we have captured the essence of the vision that our couples have for their big day. Depending on the size and complexity, the number of meetings will vary, but normally we would have a consultation plus 1 - 2 additional meetings.

6. Who else is in your team and how many people on your staff will be at the wedding?

I personally attend all of my weddings as I do not book more than one wedding per day. Depending on the complexity of the wedding, we have had as many as 15 people working the event, but most weddings have typically 4 - 6 of my staff on site.

7. How would you describe your design style? (e.g. traditional, modern, rustic, organic)

Our design style has been known for more of a Elegant clean look, however as a designer, I create the vision that the bride is looking for.

8. Who will handle setup and delivery? What other services do you offer?

Me and my staff handle the set up and delivery of all items we supply. We are a full service Wedding/Event company and also provide Specialty Linens, Custom Chairs, Lighting, Charger Plates, Water Goblets, Pipe and Drape, Back drops, Props, Napkins, Candles, Dance Floors and Décor items

9. What happens to the flowers after the wedding?

Guests take all the florals home except the rental vases. in many cases the florals are left at the venue and our staff will handle the removal of them.

10. What is your cancellation and/or refund policy?

Deposits are none refundable as we only take one or two evets per weekend and our weekend availability is very limited.
The deposit is to secure the date and not to accept any other contracts from potential clients
