1. Introduction: What's your story?
Hey there, I'm Michelle. Thanks for stopping by to learn more about me and my boudoir sessions.
My intent was never to shoot boudoir, but I fell in love with giving women an empowering experience and photographs that they will look back on 10-15-20 years later and say- Look at me! I am beautiful!
All women are beautiful and I love capturing the unique beauty of each client I work with.

2. What is your experience shooting boudoir?
It was in 2019 that I fell in love with Boudoir Photography. Boudoir is so much more than just taking sexy photos of women. It’s an experience that women will cherish and gives them a newfound confidence. I love showing that world that all women are beautiful and worthy of having beautiful photos, not just models. I’ve met so many amazing women throughout this journey-from the woman who survived cancer, to the woman who just went through a nasty divorce, or the woman who just needed a confidence boost. I also photograph many women who just need a gift for their significant other. Everyone has their own reasons for doing boudoir, and I’m thankful to meet each and every one of my clients and to give them this experience.
3. Where will the photo shoot take place?
Our studio is located downtown McKinney at 100 E Louisiana Street.
4. How should customers prepare for the Boudoir photo shoot?
We'll send out a session prep guide the day you book your boudoir session! It includes tips on what to do and what not to do leading up to the day of your session. For example, don't spray tan but do drink a ton of water. We also send out a wardrobe planning guide, but many of our clients choose to borrow from the client closet. We have a large selection of clothing pieces in sizes XS- 5X.
5. Will there be a hairstylist and make-up artist?
Professional Hair and Make-up is included with all sessions! We want you to feel pampered on your special day.
6. What do you do to make your customers feel comfortable for the shoot?
We get to know each other during hair and makeup. Most clients feel nervous at first, but are having a blast by the end of the session. We show you exactly what to do and how to pose throughout the entire session.
7. Are pictures printed or do you provide a digital file?
About a week after your session, you'll come back to view approximately 80 fully retouched photos. Most of our clients choose to purchase collections that include both albums and digital files. We do have digital only collections as well. Both album and digital collections start at a minimum of 10 photos, but most clients end up purchasing at least 30 photos. It's so hard to narrow down!
8. What happens on the day?
You'll arrive at your scheduled time, and we will chat about hair and make-up as well as go over any wardrobe items that you brought. Hair and makeup takes approximately 90 minutes. After finished getting glammed up, we will choose your outfits and the fun begins. You don't have to worry about knowing how to pose or what to do with your facial expressions because we will show you exactly what to do.
9. Where will the photographs be used?
Photos are never shared online without permission. You'll have the option to sign a model release if you're comfortable having your photos shared. If not, we will never post them anywhere.
10. What is your cancellation and/or refund policy?
We require a non-refundable deposit to hold a date on our calendar. If you need to reschedule, your first reschedule is complimentary as long as you provide 48 hours notice. You'll be able to read the full policy in your session agreement.
